Privacy policy

When you order or register, we collect only what is necessary: name, phone number, email (optional), delivery address and order history.

Your data is used only to:

• Process, confirm and deliver your orders;

• Keep you informed of your order status;

• With your consent, send you our offers and new arrivals (you can unsubscribe at any time).

The site uses local storage to remember your cart between visits, and technical session cookies to secure your account and remember your language. No data is used for third-party advertising.

Your data is never sold. It is shared only with our delivery partners, and strictly to the extent needed to deliver your parcel.

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data by contacting us by email or phone. Deleting your account deletes your personal data; order history is kept anonymously to meet our accounting obligations.
