Terms and conditions of sale

The products offered are parapharmacy and personal-care products. Photographs and descriptions are provided for guidance. Availability is updated regularly; if a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer is informed and may be refunded or offered an equivalent product.

Prices are shown in Algerian dinars (DA), all taxes included, excluding delivery fees. Delivery fees are displayed before the order is finally confirmed and vary by wilaya and by the delivery method chosen.

An order becomes firm once confirmed by phone by our team. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

Payment is made on delivery, in cash and in Algerian dinars, when the order is received, unless another payment method is expressly offered on the site.

Orders are delivered to the address given by the customer, within 24 to 72 hours depending on the wilaya. TrustPharm cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond its control.

Parapharmacy products cannot be returned or exchanged once the order has been received and paid for. The customer checks the parcel on delivery and may refuse it if it does not match the order or if packaging is damaged. Details are on the “Returns policy” page.

Parapharmacy products are not medicines. For any medical concern, consult a healthcare professional. TrustPharm accepts no liability arising from improper use of the products sold.

The data collected (name, phone, address) is used solely to process and deliver orders. It is never resold. See our privacy policy for further details.
